INGREDIENTS

  • 4 packages of PEEPS® RICE KRISPIES TREATS® Flavored Marshmallow Chicks
  •  2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cups of Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® Cereal
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 8-10 mini pie pans

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place 3 packages of PEEPS® RICE KRISPIES TREATS® Marshmallow Chicks and butter into a large pot over low heat
  2. Stir until the marshmallow is completely melted, then add in the rice cereal
  3. Mix until the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow mixture
  4. Scoop the mixture into the mini pie pans, then press down to form the “pie” crusts, set aside
  5. Place the heavy cream and chocolate chips into a heat proof bowl and microwave for 30 second bursts until fully melted
  6. Stir until smooth, then allow the ganache to cool to room temperature
  7. Pour the ganache into each pie, then top each with a PEEPS® RICE KRISPIES TREATS® Flavored Marshmallow Chick

Note: Use extreme caution when heating PEEPS® Marshmallow; they may be hot. Handle with care.
