No Bake PEEPS® Pies

INGREDIENTS
- 4 packages of PEEPS® RICE KRISPIES TREATS® Flavored Marshmallow Chicks
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cups of Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® Cereal
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 8-10 mini pie pans

INSTRUCTIONS
- Place 3 packages of PEEPS® RICE KRISPIES TREATS® Marshmallow Chicks and butter into a large pot over low heat
- Stir until the marshmallow is completely melted, then add in the rice cereal
- Mix until the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow mixture
- Scoop the mixture into the mini pie pans, then press down to form the “pie” crusts, set aside
- Place the heavy cream and chocolate chips into a heat proof bowl and microwave for 30 second bursts until fully melted
- Stir until smooth, then allow the ganache to cool to room temperature
- Pour the ganache into each pie, then top each with a PEEPS® RICE KRISPIES TREATS® Flavored Marshmallow Chick
Note: Use extreme caution when heating PEEPS® Marshmallow; they may be hot. Handle with care.
