INGREDIENTS

  • PEEPS® Marshmallow Pumpkins (6 packages of 6ct Pumpkins)
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 cups plain popcorn, (popped)
  • Pretzel rods
  • Dark chocolate, melted
  • Vegetable oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place PEEPS® Marshmallow Pumpkins and butter into a large pot over low heat. Stir until completely melted. Use caution when heating PEEPS® marshmallow, they may be hot.
  2. Carefully pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until fully coated.
  3. With greased hands, form the popcorn mixture into balls and allow to harden.
  4. Press the end of a pretzel rod to each ball for the stems.
  5. Pipe melted chocolate onto each pumpkin for the Jack-O-Lantern faces.
