                                        PEEPS® Pumpkin Popcorn Balls

												INGREDIENTS
- PEEPS® Marshmallow Pumpkins (6 packages of 6ct Pumpkins)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 cups plain popcorn, (popped)
- Pretzel rods
- Dark chocolate, melted
- Vegetable oil spray
- Place PEEPS® Marshmallow Pumpkins and butter into a large pot over low heat. Stir until completely melted. Use caution when heating PEEPS® marshmallow, they may be hot.
- Carefully pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until fully coated.
- With greased hands, form the popcorn mixture into balls and allow to harden.
- Press the end of a pretzel rod to each ball for the stems.
- Pipe melted chocolate onto each pumpkin for the Jack-O-Lantern faces.
