PEEPS® Red Velvet Coupe Cakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Trees – 6 Trees
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  1. Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour the batter into a lined 10×14 baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until done.
  2. Using a coupe glass, cut rounds out of the baked cake and place into each glass.
  3. Pipe cream cheese frosting on top of the cake layer, then add a PEEPS® Marshmallow Tree on top and dust with powdered sugar.
