PEEPS® Red Velvet Coupe Cakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
- PEEPS® Brand Marshmallow Trees – 6 Trees
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and water in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour the batter into a lined 10×14 baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until done.
- Using a coupe glass, cut rounds out of the baked cake and place into each glass.
- Pipe cream cheese frosting on top of the cake layer, then add a PEEPS® Marshmallow Tree on top and dust with powdered sugar.
